MAURY COUNTY LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered June 12, 2020, the law license of Angela Kay
Washington was transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Section 27.3 of Tennessee Supreme Court
Rule 9.
Ms. Washington cannot practice law while on disability inactive status. Attorneys placed on disability
inactive status may return to the active practice of law upon the entry of an order by the Tennessee Supreme
Court removing their disability and reinstating their license to active status.
