JUDGMENT
This case was heard upon the record on appeal from the Chancery Court for
Davidson County, briefs and argument of counsel, and upon consideration thereof, this
Court is of the opinion that the judgment of the Chancery Court for Davidson County
upholding the Panelâs decision is affirmed.
In accordance with the opinion filed herein, it is therefore, ordered and adjudged
that the judgment of the Chancery Court is affirmed.
The costs of this appeal are taxed to George H. Thompson, III, for which execution
may issue if necessary.
