JACKSON LAWYER SUSPENDED
On May 23, 2008, the Tennessee Supreme Court suspended Jacques B. Glassman, of Jackson,
Tennessee, for one (1) year and Ordered Glassman be placed on probation for two (2) years, if reinstated.
Glassman violated disciplinary rules by providing incompetent representation, neglecting client cases,
failing to keep clients informed, and making misrepresentations to clients and the Board of Professional
Responsibility.
Glassmanâs actions violated the following Rules of Professional Conduct: 1.1 (competence), 1.3
(diligence), 1.5 (fees), 3.2 (expediting litigation), 1.4 (communication), 8.2 (judicial and legal officials), and 8.4
(misconduct).
