Suspended for four and one-half (4-1/2) years by order entered December 19, 1990, and for an
indefinite period thereafter based upon her compliance with certain terms and conditions. There
were numerous complaints filed against her with the Board. The hearing panel found that she
failed to exercise competence and zeal on behalf of her clients; neglected legal matters entrusted
to her; and that her conduct was prejudicial to the administration of justice. Nerren appealed the
judgment and the designated judge dismissed the appeal.
