practice law in Tennessee, allcging comic acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tom. Sup. Ct. R. 9,
the. Board of Professional Responsibility considered thccc matters at its meeting on September
21, 2012.
The Respondent ï¬ailccl to conmm cleats with his client, to diligently represcnt the clientâs
interests, to inform the client that Rcspondcntâs lloolisc to practice law in Tennessee had been
suspended, and to iscuc an appropriate refund. Additionally, the Respondent failed to respond to
tho Board relating to this complaint of misconduct.

Conduct 1.3 (diligence), 1.4 (communication), 1.5 (foes), 1.16 (declining or termimting
representation), 8.4 (misconduct), and 8.1 (bar admission and disciplinary matters) and is hereby
Publicly Censured for them-3 Violations. Rospoccicnt has prior public clisclplinc of a. similar
nature.
