PUBLIC CENSURE
The above complaint was ï¬led against Paul Forrest Craig, an attorney licensed to practice
law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the
Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on December 14,
2012. . I -
011 September 27, 2012, Mr. Craig received a Public Repriinand by the Mississippi Bar
for practicing law in that jurisdiction without a license. The evidence demonstrated that Mr.
Craig assisted in drafting complaint and a response to a motion to dismiss and gave legal adsice
to the client in the matter.
By the aforementioned. acts, Paul Forrest Craig has violated Rules of Professional
Conduct 5.5 (unauthorized practice of law) and 8.5 (disciplinary authority) and is hereby
Publicly Censored for these violations.
