NASHVILLE LAWYER PUBLICLY CENSURED
Nashville lawyer Denvil F. Crowe, Jr. was censured by the Board of Professional
Responsibility May 19, 2005, for failure to contact his Chapter 13 Bankruptcy clients directly to
inform them how to contact him after closing his Nashville office and relocating to Tupelo,
Mississippi. Crowe violated Rules 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5 and 8.4 of the Tennessee Rules of
Professional Conduct. The imposition of this censure declares Croweâs actions to be improper
ethical conduct, but does not limit his right to practice law.
