The above cempieim was ï¬led against Byron Bay Simpeon, an attorney licensed to
practice 12m: in Temmssee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule
9, the Board of Professional Responsibiiity consideled this matter at its meeting on June 10,
9.011. "
On December 3, 2010, the Respondentâs; {aw iieense was suspended because he failed to
pay the Professional Priviiege Tax. His license was returned to active statue on January 20,
2011. Howwer, between December 3, 2010, and January 20, 2013,1ï¬he Respondent conï¬rmed to
practice law.
By the aforementioned eats, Byron My Simpson, has violated 5.5 (Umuthorized Practice
of Law) of Professional Conduct and is hereby Publieiy Censored for this violation.
