Public censure on November 9, 1988. He failed to comply with conditions imposed as a result of
his previous suspension by filing an affidavit with the Supreme Court within ten (10) days of his
suspension showing that he notified his clients and others of the suspension. He also failed to
timely respond to the Board concerning a complaint of ethical misconduct.
