ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d), upon a
Petition for Reinstatement filed on September 15, 2017, by the Petitioner, Scott Douglas
Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher’s law license was suspended for a period of five (5) years by
Order of the Arkansas Supreme Court entered September 29, 2011, and Mr. Fletcher’s
license to practice law in Tennessee was suspended by Order of this Court entered
February 23, 2012. On December 28, 2017, the Hearing Panel entered its Findings of
Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Hearing Panel Decision recommending Mr. Fletcher be
reinstated. The decision of the Hearing Panel was considered and approved by the Board
on January 4, 2018.

From all of which the Court approves the Judgment of the Hearing Panel and
adopts the same as this Court’s Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT:

1. The Petitioner, Scott Douglas Fletcher, is hereby reinstated to the practice
of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d).

2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Mr. Fletcher shall pay to the Board
of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$1,341.26, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
