NASHVILLE LAWYER CENSURED
On April 14, 2020, Jason Daniel Holleman, an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee, received a
Public Censure from the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Mr. Holleman placed a concealed tracking device on the motor vehicle of an ex-girlfriend and traced her
whereabouts without her consent for a period of approximately six months. Mr. Hollemanâs actions were
prohibited by law.
By these acts, Jason Daniel Holleman has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(a), (b), and (c)
(misconduct), and is hereby Publicly Censured for these violations.
A Public Censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorneyâs ability to
practice law.
