JUDGMENT
This cause came on to be heard upon the record on appeal from the Circuit Court for
Knox County, briefs and argument of counsel; and upon consideration thereof, this Court is
of the opinion that Mr. Hyman's six-month suspension from the practice of law is
appropriate.
In accordance with the opinion filed herein, it is, therefore, ORDERED AND
ADJUDGED by this Court that the judgment of the Circuit Court affirming Mr. Hyman's
six-month suspension be and the same is hereby affirmed.
The costs of this appeal are taxed to Roger David Hyman and his surety, for which
execution may issue if necessary.
