MEMPHIS LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Michael Latimore, a Memphis attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered November 3, 2009. Mr. Latimore was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on September 1, 2009, for failing to respond to a complaint of
misconduct. On September 21, 2009, Mr. Latimore filed a Petition for Dissolution of the Temporary
Suspension. On October 23, 2009, a Hearing Panel entered a recommendation that the temporary suspension
be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of November 3,
2009.
