with accepting fees from clients and failing to take any action on their behalf; neglecting client
cases; failing to communicate with clients; failing to avoid conflicts of interest; failing to
preserve client property; lack of candor; and making false statements and misrepresentations to
clients and the Board in 42 complaints filed with the Board.
