Suspended for one (1) year by order entered December 22, 1992. He received $3,000 of client
funds in cash, which he stated was given to his client. The client denied receipt of the funds.
The Supreme Court held that he engaged in deceit and misrepresentation in his testimony; and
failed to inform his client about the loss of her funds. He also disbursed funds from his trust
fund before the checks had cleared.
