Public censure February 18, 1988. He obtained some monies on behalf of an insured and
insurer. Both insured and insurer disagreed on how to divide the money and Bond properly
retained the money in his trust account. Both insured and insurer apparently forget about the
money and considerable time passed. Bond encountered substantial personal and financial
problems. He was guaranteed a certain sum of money in the near future but had immediate need
of funds; therefore, he borrowed the trust money for personal purposes. Within a few weeks, he
replaced the money and reported his actions to the Board.
