Public censure on August 20, 1998. He commingled the settlement proceeds of a worker's
compensation case that he had handled with his own funds. All funds that were due to the client
were subsequently paid. Additionally, he failed to timely file a petition for permission to appeal
to the Supreme Court on behalf of a criminal defendant in another unrelated case. He was
required to enter into a monitoring agreement for a period of not less than one year.
