ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(c), upon an
Affidavit filed with the Board of Professional Responsibility on December 15, 2014, by
John Robert Hershberger. Mr. Hershberger was suspended from the practice of law by
Order of this Court on May 30, 2014, for a period of two (2) years, with sixty (60) days
served as an active suspension and the remainder on probation. A Notice of Submission
was filed by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel indicating that reinstatement is satisfactory to
the Board and that Mr. Hershberger has satisfied all conditions set forth in the Order
imposing discipline and that he is eligible for reinstatement.
From all of which the Court determines that reinstatement is appropriate.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED
DECREED BY THE COURT:
AND
1.
The Petitioner, John Robert Hershberger, is hereby reinstated to the practice
of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §30.4(c).
2.
Mr. Hershberger shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred
herein within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may
issue if necessary.
3.
The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
