ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

Thisflmatter is before the Court upon Petition for Discipline filed by the Board
against Jewel Guy Boozer on November 17, 2010; upon a Supplemental Petition for
Discipline filed ‘by the Board against Jewel Guy Boozer on April 7, 2011; upon Motion
for Default Judgment and That Allegations Contained in Petition for Discipline Be
Deemed Admitted filed by the Board on May 6, 2011, upon an Order of Default entered
.on June 9, 2011; upon a hearing held on August 23, 2011, in which Mr. Boozer failed to
appear; upon Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered by the Hearing Panel on
September 29, 2,011 which has not been appealed; upon the Board’s approval given On
October 12,2011;a1id upon the entire record1n this cause
Mr. Boozeris currently temporarily suspended pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §
4.3, temporarily suspended for noncompliance With Continuing Legal Education
requirements, and temporarily suspended for noncompliance with his professional
privilege tax obligations. To date, Mr. Boozer has not requested, nor been granted,
reinstatement.
Fiom all of which the CourtapprOVes the reconnnendation of the Hearing Panel
and adopts the judgment of the Hearing Panel as the Court’s Order. '
It is therefore, ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the Court that:
1.

Respondent, IeWel Guy Boozer, shall be disbaned pursuant to Tenn Sup

Ct. R. 9 {$4 1.
2.
As conditions to any future reinstatement, Mr. Boozar shall be evaluated by
the Tennessee Lawyer’s Assistance Program and be appointed a practice rnonitor.

3.
As a further condition to any future reinstatement and pursuant to Ten.
Sup.- Ct. R. 9, § 4.7, Mr. Boozer shall pay restitetion to the following individuals:

The disbarment shall become effective within ten (10) days of the filing of

Mr. Boozer shall comply in all aspects with Term. Sup. Ct. R... 9, §§ 18, 19

regarding the obligations and responsibilities of'clisbarred attorneys and the procedure for
reinstatement.

Mr. Bosses: must meet all CLE requirements and all registration

requirements prior to reinstatement.
7-. ‘ Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, the Mr. Boozer shall pay to the
Board of. i’rofessional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in. the amount
of $1,120.00 and in addition, shall pay to the Clerk: of this Court the costs incurred herein,

within ninety (90) days ofthe entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
