SHELBY COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED AND PLACED ON PROBATION
On March 15, 2019, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Gerald Stanley Green to the practice
of law effective February 24, 2019. Mr. Green had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on
January 24, 2019, for a period of six (6) months, with thirty (30) days served on active suspension and the
remainder served on probation with conditions. Mr. Green filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of
law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c). The Board found that the Petition was
satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court. Mr. Greenâs probation will end on July 24,
2019.
