TENNESSEE LAWYER SUSPENDED
Effective March 27, 2025, Carlos Eugene Moore, a resident of Grenada, Mississippi, was suspended by
Order of Reciprocal Discipline entered by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on March 27, 2025. Mr. Moore was
suspended from the practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court of Mississippi entered December 31, 2024.
On March 27, 2025, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered a Notice of Reciprocal Discipline directing Mr.
Moore to demonstrate to the Court, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Notice, why the discipline imposed
by the Supreme Court of Mississippi should not be imposed by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Mr. Moore
filed a response in compliance with the order of the Court.
Mr. Moore must comply with the requirements of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Sections 28 and 30.4,
regarding the obligations and responsibilities of suspended attorneys. Mr. Moore must pay the Courtâs costs and
expenses within thirty (30) days of the entry of the order.
