Public censure on August 1, 1985. He closed a number of real estate matters during 1979 and
1980 under the jurisdiction of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, contrary to
the then existing regulations. Specifically, he submitted settlement statements which contained
false statements concerning sale price, cash received from borrower, cash paid to seller and
secondary financing. In August 1984, he entered a plea of guilty to the indictment against him
for such a violation and was fined $1,000 and placed on one year's probation.
