TENNESSEE LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 19, 2018, the Tennessee law license of
Candace Lenette Williamson of Southaven, Mississippi, was reinstated. Ms. Williamson is ordered to pay the
Boardâs costs in this matter.
Ms. Williamson was temporarily suspended from the practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on
July 18, 2018, for failing to respond to the Board regarding a complaint of misconduct. On August 30, 2018,
Ms. Williamson filed a Response to Petition for Temporary Suspension. On October 3, 2018, a Board Panel
entered a recommendation that the temporary suspension be dissolved.
