Suspended for three (3) years by order entered February 24, 1984. He neglected to pursue a
cause of action on behalf of a client regarding a dispute over the purchase of an automobile. He
never filed any pleadings on behalf of the client, never communicated with the client or gave
notice of motions for default, allowing default judgments to be entered. The client's first
knowledge of the judgments came when they were served with a garnishment. They filed a
malpractice suit against him and obtained a judgment by default in the amount of $5,000.
