Suspended for eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days by order entered September 20,
1995, retroactive to September 22, 1993, the date he was temporarily suspended. In two cases,
he signed his clients' names to bankruptcy petitions and misrepresented to the Court that he had
not received any fees. In another case, he was paid to represent a criminal defendant but failed
to perform. In a fourth matter, he received funds in trust to pay a client's medical bills and
retained the funds. He submitted a conditional guilty plea and agreed to make complete
restitution to the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection.
