The above complaint was filed against Andrew N. I-Iall, an attorney licensed to practice law

in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, the Board of

Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on June 11, 2010.

Respondent was retained by the client on October 21, 2009, to file a Writ of Certiorari in

Chancery Court. The Respondent’s staff drafied the Petition. On October 29, 2009, Keepondent

reviewed and approved the Petition and forwarded same to the court for filing. Respondent failed to

have his client Sign the petition under oath, as required by statue law. On or about December 15,

2009, the adversary filed a motion to dismiss. The time for filing the Petition had lapsed. The

Petition was dismissed on January 21, 2010.

By the aforementioned facts, AndIeWN. Hall has violated Rules ofProfessional Conduct 1.1

, and 1.3 and is hereby Publicly Censored for‘these violations.
