NASHVILLE ATTORNEY TRANSFERRED TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
On October 27, 2005, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order
transferring Clark L. Shaw, of Nashville, Tennessee, to disability inactive status. Mr. Shaw
and the Board of Professional Responsibility entered the Agreed Order transferring Mr. Shaw to
disability inactive status. Mr. Shaw will remain on disability inactive status until such time as
the Court adjudges that his disability has been removed.
