Public censure on October 21, 1999. He made improper remarks of a sexual nature to a youth
services worker from Montgomery County at a Juvenile Court Conference. He attempted to
steal liquor and soft drinks from a hospitality suite; and provided false information to
disciplinary counsel of the Court of Judiciary during its investigation.
