ORDER TRANSFERRING ATTORNEY TO
DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

This matter is before the Court upon the Petition for Transfer to Disability Inactive
Status filed by James Prentice DeRossitt, 1V, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 21.

Upon due consideration of medical documentation Mr. DeRossitt submitted along
with his Petition, the Court concludes that Mr DeRossitt’s Petition for Transfer to
Disability Inactive Status is well—taken and is hereby GRANTED. It is, therefore,
ordered, adjudged, and decreed by this Court that:

1. The law license of James Prentice DeRossitt shall be transferred to
disability inactive status for an indefinite period of time and until further
orders of this Court.

2. Any future petition for reinstatement to active status Mr. DeRossitt may
choose to file is subject to'Tenn. Sup. Ct. R; 9, § 21.6.

3. The Board shall publish notice of this transfer pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R.
9, §§ 21.4 and 21.5.

4. In accordance with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 25.2, documents other than this
Order relating to Mr DeRossitt’s petition for transfer to disability inactive
status shall remain confidential and shall not be public record

It is so ORDERED.
