Suspended for one (1) year by order entered July 2, 1996, with all time suspended and
respondent being on probation, except for ninety (90) days of actual suspension. Mr. Ligon
violated his probation conditions and the Supreme Court entered an order revoking Ligon's
probation, with the entire disciplinary suspension of one (1) year taking effect from January 10,
1997, and with credit being given for a period of ninety (90) days suspension which had already
been served.
