Public censure on June 28, 1991. In December 1988, he agreed to handle the administration of
an estate but neglected the legal matter and failed to take action to open the estate or administer
this estate. He further failed and refused to communicate with persons interests in the
administration of the estate and failed to appropriately communicate with the Board. This
misconduct was aggravated by the fact he had previously been sanctioned for similar
misconduct.
