SPRINGFIELD ATTORNEY TRANSFERRED TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
On August 7, 2003, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order transferring
Timothy J. Richter, of Springfield, Tennessee, to disability inactive status. Mr. Richter
and the Board of Professional Responsibility entered the Agreed Order transferring Mr.
Richter to disability inactive status. Mr. Richter will remain on disability inactive status
until such time as the Court adjudges that his disability has been removed.
