Suspended for four (4) years, plus an indefinite period, by order entered July 18, 1989. He had
been suspended since August 12, 1988, the date he was temporarily suspended due to allegations
of his continued practice constituted a threat of irreparable harm to the public and that he had
misappropriated funds entrusted to him. Prior to any reinstatement proceedings, he must make
restitution to certain clients and complete a course of legal ethics at an accredited law school.
