Disbarred by order entered August 18, 1988. He had collected $880.52 on behalf of his client.
He indicated in a letter to his client that the $488.70 owed to the client from that collection was
attached; however, he actually never mailed the check and converted the monies to his own
personal use. He also commingled personal funds with trust funds in his trust account. He never
filed an answer to the formal charges brought against him and did not appear at the hearing on
the matter.
