This matter was previously before the Court upon a Notice of Contention of
Disability filed by the Board of Professional Responsibility (Board) pursuant to Tenn.

Attorney to Disability Inactive Status dated November 18, 2015. Pursuant to this Court’s
order, Ms. Sallee contacted the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program (TLAP) and
subsequently underwent an evaluation to determine her capacity to practice law and her

Notice, the Court finds Ms. Sallee is currently incapacitated from continuing the practice
of law and is unable to adequately respond to or defend against the pending disciplinary
cOmplaint, Docket No. 2015-2471-2-AW.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

1. The law license of Yarboro Ann Sallee shall remain on disability inactive
status for an indefinite period of time and until further orders of the Supreme Court.

2. Consistent with the provisions of Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27, proceedings in
the pending Petition for Discipline, Docket No. 2015-2471-2—AW, shall be suspended
until further orders of the Supreme Court.

3. Ms. Sallee shall be allowed to petition for removal of disability inactive
status pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7.
4. The Board shall publish notice of this transfer pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R.
9, §§ 27.5 and 28.11.
5. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 32.4, documents other than this Order
relating to Ms. Sallee’s disability proceeding shall not be public records and shall be kept
