MEMPHIS LAWYER CENSURED
On November 1, 2007, Charles Mark Pullen of Memphis, Tennessee, received a Public Censure
from the Board of Professional Responsibility. Pullen was given notice of the Censure and did not request a
hearing. The Censure was based upon Pullenâs non-compliance with his Tennessee Lawyers Assistance
Program contract. Pullenâs non-compliance with his Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program contract violates
Rules 8.4(d) of the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct. The Censure declares Pullenâs actions to be
unethical but does not limit his right to practice law.
