KNOXVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED
Vanessa Lynn Lemons, a Knoxville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of
the Tennessee Supreme Court entered on September 15, 2010. Ms. Lemons was temporarily suspended
from the practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on August 11, 2010, for failing to respond to a
complaint of misconduct. On August 23, 2010, Ms. Lemons filed a Petition for Dissolution of Temporary
Suspension. A hearing was conducted on September 10, 2010. On September 13, 2010, the Hearing Panel
recommended that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved
pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs September 15, 2010 Order.
