ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

This matter is before the Court upon a Renewed Motion to Lift the Temporary
Suspension Based Upon Fraudulent and Abusive Grounds filed by Yarboro Sallee on
March 19, 2015; upon the Board's response filed on March 24, 2015 objecting to a
rehearing pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3; upon this Court's Order entered on
April 10, 2015, referring the matter to a hearing panel; upon a hearing held on May 6,
2015; upon the Supplemental Report and Recommendation of the Board's panel entered
on May 6, 2015; and upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs entered by
the panel on May 29, 2015.

From all of which the Court approves the panel's Supplemental Report and
Recommendation and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts the
same as this Court's Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:

1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Yarboro Ann Sallee by Order of
Temporary Suspension entered February 6, 2015, is hereby dissolved.

2. Ms. Sallee shall reimburse the Board of Professional Responsibility the
costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $606.03 within ninety (90) days,
and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all of which
execution shall issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
