OHIO LAWYER CENSURED
On December 7, 2009, Robert Farinacci, an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee, received a
Public Censure from the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Mr. Farinacci was suspended from the practice of law on August 29, 2008, for noncompliance with the
CLE requirements. While Mr. Farinacciâs law license was suspended, he continued to practice law.
Subsequently, Mr. Farinacci contacted the CLE Commission, complied with the CLE requirements, and paid
the requisite fines and fees. On December 8, 2008, Mr. Farinacci's law license was returned to active status.
By the aforementioned facts, Robert Farinacci, has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 5.5
(unauthorized practice of law) and is hereby Publicly Censured for this violation.
