On April 20, 2020, Andrew Nicholas Wilson, an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee, received
a Public Censure from the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Mr. Wilson failed to deposit unearned fees into his client trust account and failed to keep his client
adequately informed as to the amount of fees billed during the course of the representation.
By these acts, Mr. Wilson has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 1.4 (communication), 1.5(f) (fees),
and 1.15 (safekeeping property) and he is hereby Publicly Censured for these violations.
A Public Censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorneyâs ability to
practice law.
