SHELBY COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED AND PLACED ON PROBATION
Effective August 9, 2016, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Linda Kaye Kendall Garner to the
active practice of law. Ms. Garner was suspended for one (1) year by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on June
15, 2016, and required to serve an active suspension of thirty (30) days. Ms. Garner filed a Petition for
Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c). The Board
found the Petition satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court. Ms. Garner will serve the
remainder of her suspension on probation.
