Suspended for three and one-half years (3-1/2) by order entered June 23, 1995, retroactive to
January 21, 1992, the date he voluntarily ceased the practice of law. He submitted a conditional
guilty plea with regard to violations which occurred while he was handling his firm's trust
account. Welhoelter reported his own misconduct, made full disclosure of the circumstances and
made full restitution for the consequences of his misconduct.
