DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered September 9, 2021, Karl Emmanuel Pulley was
reinstated to the active practice of law.
On June 8, 2021, Mr. Pulley was suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee for one (1) year with
thirty (30) days active suspension and the remainder on probation. Mr. Pulley filed a Petition for Reinstatement
to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c) on August 18, 2021. The
Board found the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
