KNOXVILLE LAWYER SUSPENDED BY SUPREME COURT

By Order of the Supreme Court of Tennessee filed September 9, 2005, Sheryl Clark
Rollins' license to practice law was temporarily suspended, pursuant to Section 4.3 of Rule 9,
Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee, upon a finding that Ms. Rollins had substantially
failed to comply with a contract entered into with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program
and posed a threat of irreparable harm to the public.

The September 9, 2005, Order precludes Ms. Rollins from accepting any new cases
effective September 9, 2005. Ms. Rollins may continue to represent existing clients for thirty
days. Ms. Rollins must cease representing existing clients effective October 9, 2005. After
October 9, 2005, Ms. Rollins shall not use any indicia of lawyer, legal assistant, or law clerk,
etc., nor maintain a presence where the practice of law is conducted.

The Order requires Ms. Rollins to notify by registered or certified mail all clients being
represented in pending matters, as well as co-counsel and opposing counsel, of the Supreme
Court's Order suspending her law license. Section 18 of Supreme Court Rule 9 requires Ms.
Rollins to deliver to all clients any papers or property to which they are entitled.

Ms. Rollins may for good cause request dissolution or modification of this suspension by
petition to the Supreme Court. This suspension remains in effect until dissolution or
modification by the Supreme Court.
