WHITE COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered July 8, 2022, the Tennessee law license of
Stephanie Branam Johnson of Sparta, Tennessee, was reinstated.
Ms. Johnson was temporarily suspended from the practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on
June 13, 2022, for failing to respond to the Board regarding complaints of misconduct. On June 14, 2022, Ms.
Johnson provided a response to the Board and filed a Petition for Dissolution of Order of Temporary
Suspension on July 1, 2022. The Board filed an answer acknowledging responses from Ms. Johnson were
received by the Board, which the Court deemed sufficient for dissolution of the temporary suspension.
