MEMPHIS ATTORNEY SUSPENDED FROM PRACTICE OF LAW

On May 12, 2006, the Tennessee Supreme Court suspended Memphis attorney,

Gerald F. Easter, from the practice of law for a period of eleven (11) months and twenty nine

(29) days with all time suspended and Easter being on probation for eleven (11) months and

twenty nine (29) days on the condition that he not have a finding adverse to him on a conflict of

interest in any unrelated matter during the period of probation. If there is an adverse finding of a

conflict of interest in an unrelated matter during the period of probation, it may be grounds for
