KNOXVILLE LAWYER CENSURED
On July 24, 2007, the Board of Professional Responsibility issued a Public Censure as to Randy K.
Miller, an attorney who practices law in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Miller has been tardy representing clients
and in communications with Disciplinary Counsel. The Board found that Mr. Miller violated Rules of
Professional Conduct 1.3 and 8.4(d) Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 8, Rules of the Supreme Court of
Tennessee.
This censure was issued pursuant to Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. This censure
does not limit Mr. Millerâs ability to continue to practice law.
