SEVIERVILLE LAWYER SUSPENDED

On May 22, 2009, the Tennessee Supreme Court entered an Order suspending the law license of Ronald
R. Reagan for five (5) years.

The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a Petition for Final Discipline against Mr. Reagan based
upon Mr. Reagan’s pleading guilty to possession of a computer hard drive containing three (3) or more visual
depictions of child pornography. A Hearing Panel recommended Mr. Reagan receive a five (5) year
suspension. By Order entered May 22, 2009, the Tennessee Supreme Court suspended Mr. Reagan for five (5)
years.

Mr. Reagan must comply with requirements of Section 19 of Rule 9, of the Rules of the Supreme Court,
should he seek reinstatement of his Tennessee law license and may not resume the practice of law until
reinstated by further order of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Reagan must further comply with Section 18
of Rule 9, of the Rules of the Supreme Court, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of suspended
attorneys.
