Disbarred by order entered on April 12, 2000. He neglected clients' legal matters; failed to
adequately communicate with clients; failed to inform clients that he was under suspension;
misappropriated clients' funds and property; failed to withdraw and substitute counsel in cases
after his suspension; submitted false statements to Disciplinary Counsel during the disciplinary
proceedings; was held in Contempt of Court by the Court of Criminal Appeals; took money from
potential clients after he was suspended; and failed to perform legal services for which he was
paid. He failed to respond or offer any defense and failed to appear before a hearing.
