Suspended for ninety (90) days by order entered May 29, 1987. He continued to practice law
after his suspension in October 1986 for failure to pay his annual registration fee. He also failed
to respond to allegations of ethical misconduct filed against him. Further, he paid court costs in
a civil matter with a check drawn on his escrow account which was returned for insufficient
funds; he neglected a legal matter entrusted to him; and he failed to appropriately communicate
with a client.
